Excellent Stay with Great Staff!

The staff were nice. They helped me store my luggage for two days I appreciated this service a lot. My room was clean and spacious I liked that very much. The location is near the university and other notable sites I was happy with my choice. There are good options for food and drinks nearby. I found this very convenient.

The hotel is very close to a subway station. This provides easy links into the city center I found the area to be very walkable. The Botanic Gardens are a short walk away. That was a plus for me.

Wi-Fi worked well . I had no issues with connectivity. The hotel allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in I was grateful for this. The staff were accessible and helpful. This made a big difference.

Lots of lovely cafes are nearby. I enjoyed the independent shops too. There are pubs within a short walk. I enjoyed the local atmosphere. A bakery is just around the corner. This offers a convenient option for breakfast.

My room was warm and spacious I felt very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room that was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well .

convenient location subway access comfortable bed

the location proved convenient. it was a short walk to both the subway and several charming cafes (i especially enjoyed the nearby bakery). the room itself was clean and well kept. i found the bed and linen very comfortable.

the decor could perhaps use a little updating, but this did not detract from my stay.

the hotel is surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. i particularly enjoyed the variety of cuisines available within a short walking distance and the ease of grabbing a quick breakfast.

friendly staff comfortable room

the location proved great. friendly staff greeted me at arrival, and checking out was easy. my room was comfortable, and i got a good night's sleep.

the floorboards in my room was not level. this made me uneasy on the stairs. it was too narrow and sloping.

my room was super clean, a hairdryer was available, and a kettle was provided. tea and coffee provisions was also available, they replenished it daily. the shower was good, and fresh towels was provided.

the building is in an ideal position, close to pubs and restaurants. buses and the underground on great western road are close. the university is very close and the neighborhood is perfect, it's very easy to reach the city center.

The room was clean. It also had tea and coffee making facilities. The welcome was friendly and efficient. Value for money was excellent.

The bathroom had a lot of black mould. It covered the ceiling. The room was immediately at the entrance and beside reception. Noise was pretty constant.

the location is very good. it is close to the university and there is a park nearby. checkin was easy. we were a bit early but they were able to accommodate us anyway.

the room was dated. there was an old settee in the backyard and the bins were right below the window. curtains looked tired and thin.
